My [former] wife and I agreed to an amenable divorce by December of 2013. After some online research she and I discovered Daniel Scott and his 'mediation' and law services. He conducted himself in a thoroughly professional manner when we first met with him in early spring 2014. He prepared us for med...iation together; he was prepared for a protracted discussion, but she and I were not fighting or contesting anything, but Daniel was prepared for whatever we needed him for concerning out divorce paperwork. He even came over to our house when some papers needed to be signed immediately; I truly appreciated the personal service he gave. Daniel seems to know the local San Luis Obispo court proceedings and machinations well. Our court papers went through without a hitch, thanks to his facilitation of our case.
