An Amazing and Educated Team that is Here for You

I reached out to James McKiernan and team post an auto accident, with the hopes that I would come out with a better understanding of what my insurance company was trying to accomplish, and what my abilities were. So glad I landed at this firm.

After a lot of frustrations dealing with insurance & delayed police reports due to it being a dui & me being a victim , someone suggested this firm. All I wanted was to get some information & the process to my recovery moving. Immediately when I walked into Robert Bell’s office, I knew I was in good ...hands. Nobody wants to be in an accident & Robert took over everything & handled it for me. From start to finish, it was a smooth process. Much smoother if I’d tried to handle everything on my own! The staff is friendly & helpful the offices are beautiful & the process was painless. If you are looking at reviews like I do (before I decide on anything anymore!) I sincerely recommend this group. Above and Beyond

I recently used the James McKiernan Lawyers in a property damage case and couldn’t be happier with the result. I initially tried to negotiate with the other party's insurance adjuster myself but found him to be uncooperative, antagonistic, and generally unresponsive. I was getting nowhere and at ...this point I’d resigned myself to the fact that if I was able to recoup any compensation for my damages, it would be nominal. That’s where the McKiernan team stepped in and I do mean team. They assigned a lead attorney but by my count, there were at least four people in the firm all working together to attack the case. They picked up where I left off and not only obtained a settlement for top dollar, but did so quickly saving me time and also the hassle of dealing with an unpleasant task. And by the way, other firms were not interested in taking the case at all as they said it was too small and wouldn’t be worth their time and effort. I highly recommend the James McKiernan Lawyers and I'm certain that I would not have been able to get the settlement that they obtained had I tried to do this by myself. Thanks Jim and team!

Exceeded all my expectations!!

James McKiernan lawyers are as good as it gets. I have had many friends and people recommend one law firm over and over again, James McKiernan. It is nice to live in a small town and have an attorney like James McKiernan represent you. James McKiernan isnt an over worked and understaffed law fi...rm like many of the law firms in San Luis Obispo County. He exceeded my expectations and over delivered on every aspect of my case. Although most lawyers in general can be intimidating, James Mckiernan and his staff are great people with tremendous amount of knowledge that was presented to me with kindness and genuineness. Every chance i get i refer to these guys, nicest staff and very friendly atmosphere from beginning to end. They gave me what i was lacking in the beginning of my case, sanity and sleep. I was able to give my worries over to them and was able to sleep at night without the worry of the insurance company bullying me and or not listening to my side of the story. I finally was heard and listened to. Truly a blessing and forever grateful of these people. thank you!!

Don’t fall for the insurance companies BS

After trying to deal with the insurance company on my own I finally got fed up with their BS. I hired James Mckiernan lawyers to help me with my automobile accident case.
