Jonathan Scott McAninch

Scott McAninch is an environmental lawyer who assists businesses and real property owners throughout California in a broad range of federal, state, and local environmental and regulatory matters, including regulatory advice, compliance, enforcement actions, site investigation and remediation, cost recovery litigation, and real estate transactions involving contaminated property.  He has assisted clients in several matters involving contaminated properties, such as current and former service stations, dry cleaning sites, plating shops, and industrial properties.  Scott has also assisted clients in several real estate matters including purchases, sales, commercial and industrial leases, as well as ground leases.  Mr. McAninch obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry and Natural Resource Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law. He is a member of the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of California.
