If you want to talk to a paralegal throughout your whole case retain this attorney. I was represented by him for almost 2 years. I never got speak with him or even an attorney. I was ignored and finally I settled the case for what the insurance wanted to settle for. I was very concerned about my futu...re medical care because I am still young and needed some advice on what to do on that part of the case and his paralegals just advised me to sign a compromise and release. They said that what was being offered was way more than they thought the case was worth. Now I am still suffering everyday and the money is gone and I am stuck with no medical attention and Social Security wont help me, they also failed to inform me that if you sign a CnR then that affects your social security benefits. I am saddened that this attorney can be so careless.
