Biography
I started with KDG in 2009 after graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law and the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution, and from UCSD with a B.A. with honors in economics. My practice focuses primarily on business litigation, construction/development.
I counsel developers, and general and specialty contractors on a whole range of issues, including Contractor’s State License Law and issues regarding real property development and construction. I manage construction litigation matters, including enforcement of mechanics liens, enforcement of stop notices and bond claims.
I also handle civil litigation defense, including business litigation and oilfield injury defense.
I strive to achieve the best results for the client, and am mindful of the client’s business and personal objectives. As my practice grows under the mentorship of KDG’s accomplished attorneys, I look to continue to provide the highest level of service to the firm’s clients.
