Michael Kenyon Foy

I grew up in Bakersfield and graduated from Bakersfield High School.  After high school, I moved to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Marymount University.  While at Loyola, I became interested in becoming an attorney, and had the opportunity to intern at two law firms.  These experiences confirmed my interest in the law, and I decided to transition into a legal career immediately after law school.  I attended Santa Clara Law, where I began to develop a background in litigation by working for two judges and a litigation firm.  I graduated magna cum laude from Santa Clara in May 2011. As an attorney at KDG, I focus my practice on complex litigation matters involving business torts, environmental law, and real estate.  I learned quickly that no two disputes are alike, and I enjoy working to develop an understanding of the particular issue involved in each matter.  When I’m not in the office, I enjoy traveling and road cycling on the excellent hills we have here in Kern County.
