James Robert Harvey

I was born and raised right here in Bakersfield, and was very excited to return home to begin my legal practice following stints in Santa Barbara and Sacramento for college and law school.  Growing up in the Bakersfield community, I was always impressed with the strong sense of independence, self-reliance, and achievement that Bakersfield residents exemplify. 

As a member of the Bakersfield legal community, my practice is driven by my respect for these core values.  I believe that I can best serve my clients by approaching my practice with the same focus and dedication that my clients pour into their own businesses and lives—establishing a goal and working tirelessly to achieve it.
