I have litigated a broad array of employment cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, breach of contract, compliance and harassment. Building on this experience, I provide counseling services for businesses related to employment law matters. Through effective employment and labor counseling, I help business clients avoid future employment law disputes and costly employment litigation. In 2006, I developed the KDG Human Resources Solutions division and have transformed it into a successful business that provides clients with timely, accurate, affordable advice and training on human resource and employment law issues. I recently began my own firm, Blaine Law Group, LLP and started a new Human Resources Solutions division, Worklogic HR Legal Solutions.
As an employment lawyer, I've counseled hundreds of employers on legal compliance issues and litigated a broad array of employment cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour compliance, breach of contract and assorted harassment. Prior to my legal career, I worked for a major bank as a manager and corporate trainer.
I focus on risk management and finding creative, business-based solutions to complex employment issues. I also speak on labor and employment matters and regularly prepare and present seminars, lectures, and in-house trainings on pro-active strategies for minimizing exposure to employment and labor claims.
