Stephen Colby Klink

I had some issues from an out of state divorce. Stephen said that he was unfamiliar with the issues but he took my case. He was able to get the 2 states to apply the rules fairly and he made sure that the Superior Court in California and the Family Court in Kentucky applied the rules fairly... I l...ike this guy and trust him.

My husband has spent two years and $6200 trying to get Mr. Klink to setting my husband and his ex-wife’s custody and property matters. We have to call Mr. Klink weekly to remind him to do what we have paid him to do. We had to remind him twice to mail a legal document and as of today 3/27/2009 he has... still not mailed it (he forgot). He has to be prompted to get any work out of him. My husband has been divorced for 3 years. The visitation is not final and his ex-wife is still living in the house she was supposed to sell 3 years ago, she pays the house payment when she feels like it and the house goes in and out of foreclosure monthly, this is ruining my husband’s credit. My husband pays child support every month and only sees his kids when it is convenient for his ex-wife. We have spoken to Mr. Klink about our concerns many times and he doesn't seem to want to do anything about it. Stephen seems more concerned with getting along with my husband's ex-wife's lawyer than with helping us.
