At every turn, failed to take up my cause. Couldn't have cared less about my case. Would lie and say he was in court as an excuse for his inactions..I would look on the court website and he would have nothing scheduled. I would communicate my desires and he did nothing. Every e-mail he sent had numer...ous cc's, thus ensuring each person in his office could also bill for looking at his communication! Dont walk, RUN! The truth is an absolute defense.

Don't allow him to represent you Charges you tremendous amount and his offices workers only reply if you contact them first. You'll never receive info about your case unless you ask. Tells you in the beginning he's going to help you out but is so unorganized going into court! Same Family Law matte...r for 4 years and still no outcome. Didn't even get to custody & visitation issues that's even more thousands! Thousands of dollars later you will still have nothing accomplished and his office will keep charging you for the same paperwork over and over until you go bankrupt then they will quit on you.

I hired Mr. Seidman because I was referred to by a family member, needless to say I no longer speak to that family member ! Mr. Seidman had told me all these things that he could do for me, and get back for me. Well he's no different than a cheap car salesman that tells you the car your interested in... is a great buy for the price and reliability. He told me he would file certain motions and in the end, not only did he not file them after he told me(after I retained him, of course) he would. His reason, I don't file motions just because, I decide whether it has merit or warrant. Well how is that "Representing" my wants??? He doesn't respond to calls, emails until its the day before court. When I held him accountable, he quit me after only 2 months of representing me. He's intimidated by other attorney's and is so scattered brain when he returned my file to me not only was it missing original documents, it had "Other" clients info in my file! I would say if you took your $5000.00 to Las Vegas you would have a better chance of winning there than winning in court. Good Luck ! Richard Felix
