Let's be realistic here, not all attorneys are available throughout the day to answer our every question! I was fortunate enough to follow my case through his secretaries, who kept me well informed with the status of my case. There was never a sense of being a bother to them, like my previous attorne...y made me feel. I appreciate the honesty I received from his staff. There were times they weren't able to get to my file, but I was assured it would be reviewed. The only con to this review is towards Keith the attorney who respected me for my injuries. The few times I met with him, he seemed completely out-of-the-loop with my case and pretty much answered all the questions his staff had already answered. Which was a waste of my time and gas money. I might also add, that he had the tendency to tune me out when speaking, and completely disregarded the concerns I had toward my case. I would say overall he did a fine job at court but poorly when it came to one-on-one appointments. I received future medical care. I wanted to close my case completely, but Keith suggested I keep my medical file open in case I was in need of more treatment, which in the end, was beneficial to me. If considering this attorney for a workman's comp case, consider that his staff will operate your case, and that appointments with this attorney are pointless.
