I went to Joseph after I had a very bad experience with Larry R. Cox at Young Wooldridge. I was buying a house from a family who lost their dad to brain cancer. The father passed away without a will and he was the only one on the deed so before the family could sell me their house they needed to go t...hrough probate. After Larry Cox offended the oldest child and claimed the family was like herding cats he fired me, the widow and the children while taking the retainer money. Later I found out he was up selling me on services and reports that we never needed and was dragging out our probate so I would pay him more and more money. I would never mention Larry Cox nor the law firm he represents in this post except for the fact that the service was so horrible and out right ruthless that it's worth mentioning here as to protect anyone from getting burned by Larry Cox or the law firm he represents, Young Wooldridge. To sum it up Joseph Pearl came to the rescue. After we lost our shirts at Young Wooldridge I made it my mission to find the best attorney possible to make up for lost time and stolen money. I found 6 other attorneys, Joseph Pearl Included, I called them and interviewed them each. After you get burned by a lawyer it's a lot easier to read between the lines and sift out the vampires from the honest hard working attorneys that are actually there to help people and who also care about their good name and business. I can tell you not only did Joseph save the day he charged me only a quarter of what Cox was charging me and he came up with an idea to get around the normal probate process to essentially make probate go super quick for the widow and children. I'm still surprised myself how seamless and easy Joseph made everything. So yes, I highly recommend Joseph and I will definitely be using him in the future. He's honest, will listen to you and he will expedite whatever it is you're striving to accomplish!

I chose Mr. Pearl based on a previous review that I read online. The writer stated how helpful Mr. Pearl had been to her and her husband when they were looking for a lawyer to help with their estate planning. Mr. Pearl was very helpful and professional throughout the process. The final product was... presented to me in a beautiful leather binder engraved with my name. I am totally satisfied with the final product after meeting with Mr. Pearl for an initial consultation. From that first meeting he developed a draft of my plan and e-mailed it to me for reviewing and editing. After the third meeting the final product was developed and presented to me to be signed and notarized. I loved that Mr. Pearl was a one man did it all. He developed the product, had the documents notarized and filed in the proper places. I found him to be very patient and flexible with his time. He definitely met my needs and made the experience a pleasant one.
