Alyssa represents clients in Kern County and throughout California in matters involving energy development, real estate, land use, environmental law, mineral rights, transactions, and project development. Her experience extends across oil and gas, solar, wind, carbon sequestration, and other emerging energy projects. She has worked on projects from the earliest stages of prospect development and land acquisition through permitting, construction, operation, and long-term management.
