Scott Lyons

On the website, Scott Lyons says "we care about our clients" but my experience shows he only cares because he's getting paid. Not that he actually cares. I went into his office and paid in advance for a bankruptcy. This was my mistake, I recommend no one pay in advance. I took the packet and informat...ion home but never came back, never turned anything in, never gave information about my debt. Time passed, I decided not to go through with the bankruptcy and asked for my money back. Any company that does not provide their service returns the money they didn't earn. Except Scott Lyons. Obviously if I'm in a position to file for bankruptcy then I need the money. I'm raising three kids and money is very tight. Does Scott Lyons care about that? NO. He does not care. I recognize I shouldn't have paid all the money in advance. But no work was done on his part and if he had integrity he would return the money I gave him.
