Michael Thomas Brooks

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Attorney Michael Brooks concentrates his law practice on providing representation to individuals and groups of employees who have not been treated fairly by their employers. Michael is committed to assisting employees whose rights have been violated even if they do not have money to pay for an attorney. Prior to establishing his solo law practice in 2016, Michael worked as a legal aid lawyer for several years fighting to advance the interests of low-income individuals and communities throughout California’s Central Valley. He graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1995 and received his law degree from the University of Utah in 1998. He was admitted to practice in Oregon in 1998, Washington in 1999, Montana in 2000, California in 2010 and the District of Columbia in 2017. Michael works and lives in Visalia, California.
