If they haven't charged you yet you're home free. MAKE sure of it though before you leave. Chances are they have and there's a warrant.

Vacated could just mean that a date set was unset. In fact, that is almost certainly how you should take it.

If it's a felony warrant, almost certainly.
If it's a misdemeanor driving on a suspended license you may be remanded for awhile..
