Meet Ashley Philpot Mattos. Ashley was born and raised in Tulare, CA. After receiving her Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from College of Sequoias and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of California, Santa Barbara she went on to attend law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego. After sitting for the bar, Ashley returned to Tulare County to practice law.

she was able to get both parties to agree on the visitation and child support. Even though this case has been going on for a long while. Would hire her in a heart beat again if we ever have to go back.
