Best to let a licensed attorney from San Diego County help him or even the Public Defender in Riverside. You cannot practice law without a license.

Not much can be done regarding the case that resulted in a prison sentence. P47 May help on the forgery case.
Is obtaining a copy of your file from your attorney a long process? Does attorney have to "review" file before releasing copy?
