There’s no rule on how many can be chained together.
My boyfriend got arrested at 1am in long beach ca for .10 and above for drunk driving they set his bail at 1500 idk what to do

You should contact a bail bond company and get him bailed out ASAP! A bond should only cost $150. Then he needs a lawyer.
