My wife is being sentence d to 32 monthes in prison state CA.. nonviolent crime no strikes how much time will she do please

25 months max, less any credits she already has and probably less than that. Expect here to do at least 18 months in the joint. CDCR can provide...

Maybe the officer didn’t check or didn’t want to book you. You need to confirm if a warrant actually exists. Ask a bail bond office to check for...
