Mr. Zimmerman was professional in handeling the issues at hand for my family. The time we enlistd his service we were in trouble financially and he eased our fears with professional courtesy and his staff was incredible answering our questions and easing our anxiety. His Staff has been there for a...ll our concerns and I would definitely call him my Attorney.....Mark we appreciate all you have done for our family.

First off, if it takes more than a few days for a lawyer to get back to you, or if his secretary always says they'll leave a message on his desk, you should be a little worry retaining them, as there is a very high likelihood you will not be a priority. I retained Mr. Zimmerman after never meeting hi...m (I don't think anyone gets to meet him until the day of their case, my second mistake in retaining him). On the day of my 1st bankruptcy hearing, Mr. Zimmerman was unprepared due to an error his front office made in my paperwork. Then after being told to correct it, he sent me a bill for it. This was ridiculous as his front office made the mistake. Stay away from Zimmerman in Hanford, Lemoore, and Visalia. After taking your money, you're just another number in his busy schedule. You're better off hiring an attorney in Fresno because that's where the bankruptcy court is anyway.
