He was accused of driving his car t ... o the Arbor Hill Section of Albany ("Uptown") which was "rival turf". Client fired three times out the window of his car while driving and shot an unarmed 17 year old male in the back, killing him. DEFENSE: SELF DEFENSE VERDICT: NOT GUILTY OF MURDER! NOT GUILTY OF FELONY WEAPON POSSESSION!

SARATOGA COUNTY: Charges: Murder (3 counts) Intentional Murder Depraved Indifference Murder Felony Murder Client was charged with strangling his girlfriend's step great-grandmother in her home dur ... ing a robbery/burglary. The victim was subdued by a threat with a realistic-looking revolver/pellet gun. The victim was duct-taped around the eyes, wrists and ankles and then strangled with an electrical cord. Her body was then placed in a car and driven to Saratoga National Battlefield, where she was found a week later under a foot of snow. Client gave certain incriminatory statements to police and drew them a map of where he disposed of the gun, where it was later found by police. Client was captured on videotape selling the dead woman's jewelry at a pawn shop in Saratoga shortly after the murder. A piece of duct tape was found in client's nightstand next to his bed. The duct tape was tested and contained DNA which matched the victim. Client's girlfriend plead guilty to Felony Murder in exchange for a 20-life sentence and testified at trial against client. She testified that client duct-taped and strangled her step great-grandmother during the robbery and then the two of them disposed of her body. VERDICT: NOT GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS!

Client was in the driver's seat of his truck. Client's vehicle was searched by police. In the driver's-side door pocket police recovered a large ball of crack-cocaine sitting on top of $7000 cash. A handgun was recovered from the floor of the vehicle and a shotgun was recovered from the back seat. VERDICT: HUNG JURY ALL COUNTS! After MISTRIAL declared, U.S. Government offered a plea deal. Client finally sentenced to TIME SERVED.
