Currently representing low income individuals in the protection of their civil rights to education, housing, mortgage modification, re-entry into the housing market, school discipline, and special needs as well as select other civil litigation.


Recently won appeal before the Fifth Court of Appeals on an Anti-SLAPP issue.


Have successfully resisted expulsion of more than a dozen students from the Kern High School District, the district with the highest expulsion rate in California.
