Created and implemented the Santa Barbara Superior Court's CADRe (ADR) program. Tranined at Straus Institute and American Institute for Mediation. Roster member for Mediation panels in Santa Barbara and Ventura Superior Courts. Used mediation skillls in hundreds upon hundreds of cases. Mediated community dispute with US Dept. of Justice Community Mediation Service over a 6 month period in Northern California in 1970's.

Roster member of American Arbitration Association and Resolute Systems, Inc. Conducted trial proceedings in hundreds upon hundreds of civil and criminal cases in more than 32 years on the Superior Court bench.
