My clients have ranged from multinational corporations to small businesses and individuals.  I have litigated a variety of disputes, including claims under California’s Unfair Competition Law, contract disputes, Internet-privacy class actions, state and federal civil rights claims, and landlord tenant disputes.  In addition to having experience at the pre-trial, trial, appellate, and settlement stages of litigation, I have engaged in extensive motions practice in both state and federal courts.  I have also counseled business clients on compliance-related matters relating to data security, consumer privacy, and confidentiality.  I work wtih my clients to find the most appropriate course of action for their circumstances.
