Biography
Paul Bielaczyc has an extensive background in civil litigation with over 33 years experience handling a wide assortment of cases in Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties as well as throughout all of California. In 1989 he started his law career as a sole practitioner and was then hired in 1991 as an associate for general civil litigation. His area of practice included Contracts, Business Disputes, Construction Defect, Employment, Real Estate and Personal Injury. In 2003, he renewed his work as a sole practitioner taking on injury and property claims while also adding Arbitration and Mediation services. In 2016 he was hired as an associate once again handling a variety of civil litigation.
