I was snagged by a checkpoint in Santa Barbara, CA when driving home from a concert on a Sunday evening. This new DA did accept the proposal offered by Alan, pleasing me greatly since I didn't think I'd be able to minimize the charge as he did. Alan was confident and reassuring throughout the ordeal. He boasted that he was very good at minimizing DUI penalties, and sure enough, he was right. He's a cocky lawyer, which is exactly what you want in a lawyer.
