Tom failed to do almost all things that were guaranteed, and far beyond that. Tom found that in my case it was only suitable to ask for spousal support, it was even his idea! Let alone the fact that he agreed that I should not be paying for the divorce. In the end, not only am I paying for the divorc...e, I received no spousal support and barely any legal support. Most days I couldn't even get a response from him, sometimes I would receive a text saying, "I will call in the morning," with no call whatsoever the next day. I still haven't been able to even get a response from him! My ex husband cancelled my health insurance policy with no prior discussion of a date of cancellation, I became ill (E. Coli) and was forced to have numerous tests done. Tom agreed it was fair to have my ex husband be responsible for payment due to his and his legal advisors non-action of informing me of cancellation. I have sent the bill to all parties numerous times and receive no response. Now the bill has more than doubled and I am being threatened to be sent to collections. I see above that it states that Tom is no longer accepting clients because he is no longer practicing! I received no notice of him no longer being in practice. I highly recommend to steer clear of Tom Griffin for legal advise.
