Robert L. Brace (“Rusty”) has a nationwide practice. An AV-rated attorney since 1993, Rusty has been in practice since 1985, and formerly headed the Class Action division at Hollister & Brace in Santa Barbara, California (co-founded in 1966 by his father William A. Brace). Rusty specializes in Ponzi scheme litigation and is an expert in insurer fraud, bank liability, lawyer liability, and insurance coverage cases.
On a personal note-
Rusty is also currently licensed as an Elk Hunting Guide by the State of Idaho Outfitters and Guides Licensing Board. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he spent many years as an Offshore Marine Crane Operator on the oil drilling rigs in the Bering Sea and the Santa Barbara Channel.
