Ian Morse is phenomenal all around. If you're looking for a defense attorney in Santa Barbara, he is the guy. I can't say enough good things about his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and work ethic. I got arrested and my life was unraveling around me. I had intense anxiety as to what my futur...e held. I knew I needed to seek a defense attorney and my immigration status was a factor. He was the first guy I called. Even in this process, this caused me massive anxiety as my future is now in the hands of another person. We spoke on the phone very early in the morning as a free consultation, I got a good vibe but still with so much on the line I wanted to meet him in person before I chose a lawyer. Domestic Violence - All Wrong

After being wrongly arrested for domestic violence against my husband (I was defending myself from an abusive husband who actually had a record I didn’t know about...but the police saw me slap his face and give him a bloody nose), I received several flyers from lawyers from that area, and something t...old me to contact Ian Morse. It turned out that he is VERY familiar with prosecuting domestic abusers, and he said that 9 times out of 10, if they arrest the woman, it should’ve been the other way around. Longs story short, he got my case DISMISSED! I know I shall never need him again (my abusive husband recently died from cancer), but I know there will be women who WILL need him, so...DEFINITELY contact Ian! I only had to be at the courthouse once. He took care of everything, and in less than a year, all of that nightmare was over! THANK YOU, IAN MORSE!
