Ian L. Midiere

I am an attorney at Fauver, Large, Archbald & Spray, LLP with a practice focused on business law (transactional and litigation matters), employment law, and public entity law. Prior to joining FLAS, I clerked in the Sacramento City Attorney’s office and in the office of general counsel for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. I earned my B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of California, Davis and my J.D. from the University of Davis School of Law. In law school, I was President of the Negotiations Team, competing in numerous ABA-sponsored national competitions. I also worked closely on research studies that examined how litigants evaluate legal proceedings. I am proud to be a stalwart San Francisco 49ers and Sacramento Kings fan. After growing up and attending school in the Bay Area, I have recently relocated to Santa Barbara with my fiancée and two German shepards.
