By focusing on the client and taking time to thoroughly understand their individual situations and desires, Bryce is able to simplify the sometimes complex world of estate planning and help clients understand their needs and achieve their goals.
Early in his legal career, Bryce worked as a paralegal at Thelen, Reid, and Priest, and Perkins Coie in San Francisco, working on complex civil litigation matters. After relocating to the Santa Barbara area, Bryce worked with several smaller law firms gaining invaluable experience in corporate and estate planning matters, before finally partnering with Daniella Felix to form Felix & Killen, Attorneys at Law. Bryce is a graduate of the University of Texas, San Francisco State University and the Santa Barbara College of Law. When crafting solutions for clients, Bryce draws upon both his law school education and over 10 years of experience in diverse practice areas including corporate law, civil litigation, and estate planning. Bryce’s educational background and varied work experience allows him to bring fresh perspectives to business law and estate planning matters to help clients better understand the possibilities in any situation.
Bryce lives in Carpinteria, California, with his wife and two children, where he is a member of the Carpinteria Morning Rotary Club. When he’s not representing clients, Bryce enjoys volunteering in his community through local service organizations and the California Avocado Festival, soaking up rays at the beach with the kids, gardening and barbequing.
