Arthur Henry Weed

He was hired to do work for me. He did not prepare anything that I could use due to it being either legally or factually incorrect. He refuse to give me a refund, I filed a Fee Dispute and the Arbitrator agreed with me and awarded me a full refund. This Attorney then filed a civil suit to reverse ...the award. The Attorney won the case by presenting an expert to testify concerning a motion that the Attorney alleged to have researched and prepared on my behalf. I subsequently presented evidence showing that he was not the true author of said motion, and that I prepared the motion and sent it to him. The Attorney admitted that he was not the true author and that all he did was scanned it after receiving it from me. I am currently requesting the case be dismissed on the grounds that this Attorney committed perjury and misled the Court when he had an expert witness testify concerning a motion that he knew he did not prepare. This Attorney is not the guy for anyone. Please take my advice!!!
