This guy was a real piece of work. He is extremely unethical. He presented himself as a litigation counsel, then said real estate was his specialty and then stated he was a bankruptcy specialist, all so that he could charge for the work himself rather than referring me to another lawyer. It turns ou...t, because he didn't have thorough knowledge about the area of law he misrepresented himself as knowing, he gave me bad advice and then walked away. I had to hire new counsel to get me out of the mess he put me in and to correct all of his erroneous court filings. Also, he does nothing via email because he lies so much. If you email him, he'll either ignore you (75% of the time) or call you (25% of the time). If you're not watching him, he'll make side deals and will break lawyer/client confidentiality. He did that in my case. Good luck getting him to stay on top of anything either. All talk, but very poor quality of work. I should have ran clear of this guy as soon as I met him! Worst experience with an attorney ever!
