William "Billy" Starr is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law – Indianapolis, Cum Laude. As a student of law, he served as Articles Editor for the Indiana Health Law Review, clerked with Judge Stoner and Judge Shaheed in the major felony and civil superior courts, and made the Dean’s List every semester. William joins Schneiders & Associates, LLP after having worked for the Ventura County Counsel's Office and as special counsel for the Compliance Department of Casa Pacifica in Camarillo.
William is a Ventura County native and graduated from Rio Mesa High School in 2003. Following high school, he attended UCLA and achieved his Bachelor of Arts in International Development. William enjoys being involved with his community and volunteers his time at the Ventura County Legal Aid Clinic. He is an active member of the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce and Past President of Sandpipers Toastmasters.
