Mr. Weber was an incredible failure as a lawyer. When I presented my case he was all for representing me and my interests however as the process began I noticed that even though I had advised him that I did not want to settle out of court he continued to push the issue. Once in court I was misreprese...nted and spoken for on issues that we had not discussed. The judge ruled in the respondent's favor and I got ran over if you will by the court system. I do not believe that I was given a fair deal as far as what I was asking him to represent me on and what in fact he did represent to the Judge and also in what I paid for his services when I could have represented myself. His services were definatley not worth the time and money that I invested in his firm. I would not recommend him to any prosective client at any time for any type of case.
