My firm’s philosophy is to provide proactive legal counseling directed at avoidance or prevention of legal action in favor of negotiated resolution and if necessary, lead the client though all stages of the litigation process in an efficient and cost effective manner.  This philosophy is combined with exceptional customer service and practical advice for my private and governmental clients.

Being in practice for over 25 years I have gained a great deal of experience in all aspects of private sector and municipal law.  As a City Attorney for Tulare and Grover Beach, and as former Deputy City Attorney for Fresno,   I have provided legal guidance to governmental agencies in a wide spectrum of  areas such as municipal law, land use, environmental  and employment law, including claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and wrongful termination.   I regularly draft or review a variety of ordinances, contracts and agreements.  As a private practitioner, I have represented clients in real estate matters, business and personal injury litigation  insurance coverage law and most recently immigration.  I am also trained and have served  as an arbitrator, mediator and settlement conference judge for Superior Courts.  I am available to act as a third party neutral to assist in conflict resolution for both represented and unrepresented parties.
