Kevin Glen Staker

Mr. Staker initially set up the trust for my husband and I in 1991. Every year we'd received a letter in the mail reiterating how we should remember to place any assets in the trust etc. and how we should contact him if any change in our status should occur. I contacted his office when my husband pas...sed away. I wanted to list new trustee successors that were younger than me since the chances of me outliving the current ones was more likely. I got a call from his paralegal who left a voice message telling me that they did feel it was a "good fit" and that I should call the Lawyer Referral Service to find someone else. So I have to say he was as useful as a screen door on a submarine. I referred my friend who wanted to set up a trust to another lawyer my friend used and the one I ended up going to to make those changes. Most likely I won't be referring anyone to him.
