Biography
Libby obatined her law degree in London where she subbsequently worked at a family law and criminal defense law firm. Libby relocated to California with her husband in 2013 and now focusses her practice in the areas of estate planning, real estate and business law. Libby has experience in all aspects of estate planning. She carefully listens to her clients' individual needs and tailors their estate plan accordingly. For her business law client, Libby advises on the most suitbale business enitity and provides formation services for LLCs, corporatoins, parterships and LLPs. She also give ongpign counsel to businesses regarding contracts, disputes and termiantion of the business. In the area of real estate law, Libby provides counsel for clients during real estate transactions for residential and commercial real estate. She also counsels clients in contract negotiations or if a dispute arises out of the transaction or transpires after the close of escrow. Outside of work Libby loves to stay active with her family. She runs, swims and hikes on the weekend and love to visit and explore new places.
