I contacted Mr. Remshaw regarding my legal matter. He was extremely generous with his time, and seemed to be very intelligent & experienced as to various aspects of law, specific to my areas of concern. I hired Steve over a year ago to handle my PI case. At first, he seemed like a great attorney and displayed a façade of being competent to handle my case. Time went on and I finished all of my medical treatments for my injuries. He took FOREVER to even send out the Demand Letter! When he finall...y did, he NEVER sent me a copy of it (or any other documents or correspondence). I did not ever get any telephone calls from him, despite my multiple attempts to communicate with him. He is a one man show at his office. He answers his own telephones, does all of his own office work and everything that he should have staff for, he doesn't. When I finally did get ahold of him on the phone to inquire about the status of my case, he informed me that the other side had served me with Discovery. God only knows how long that has been on his desk for. So ridiculous! I asked him when he plans on propounding Discovery to the other side. He said, "What is there to discover?"!!! I could not believe my ears! He could have at least sent out Form Rogs and Request for Admissions! Any dummy should know that! Having a weird feeling about the entire situation, I got online and checked out his State Bar profile. Apparently, he is now "Ineligible to practice law" for a number of disciplinary actions! I hereby revoke my previous positive review here on Avvo about this attorney. He is absolutely HORRIBLE and I would NEVER recommend this attorney even to my worst enemy!

Steve just became my attorney. He is a very intelligent, caring and professional lawyer. It seems like this guy really knows what he is talking about and isn't afraid to litigate (if necessary), like some other attorneys I know. He is someone who I would recommend to anyone needing a good lawyer wh...o has a backbone! So far, I am very happy with Steve.
