Best attorney

Mr. Pell became my attorney 7 years ago when my husband died in an accident he was compassionate and knowledgeable. This was a difficult time for me and he took care of all the legal issues. I was very satisfied with the results. Since then I have had the need for an attorney for business matters and... again I was very satisfied I would recommend him to family and friends.

Bullied and Won

My son was injured at school by bullies. One boy crouched behind him and the other boy stood in front, shoving him over backwards and breaking his arm. The school district would not identify the boys. After a thorough consultation, Steve hired a private investigator who identified the boys, result...ing in a lawsuit against their parents. Due to Steve's efforts, we recovered a substantial settlement for my son's injuries. Thank you, Steve!
