Seth Phillip Shapiro

Seth’s practice focuses on real estate, business and estate planning. Seth also has extensive experience representing clients in matters before the Probate Court.

Seth frequently advises and assists small and medium-size businesses and individuals in negotiating and documenting business transactions including commercial leases; the formation, dissolution and sale of business entities such as corporations and limited liability companies; purchase and sale agreements; employment contracts; trademark registration; and loan agreements.

Seth grew up in Simi Valley and now resides in Ventura with his wife and four children.  When not in the office, Seth can often be found coaching his sons’ ice hockey and lacrosse teams.
