Did a great job for me at a fair price. Auto rental agency would not pay for damage done to my car by them. After six weeks of trying to get them to pay the damage with NO luck Mr Fortunati had a repair check in my hands in one week. I feel that if I didnot have this lawyer to help me I would not of... got paid.

If you want to end up broke, go ahead and seek representation from this law firm. They pulled a horrible number on me and are now coming after a house that my 90 yr. Mother owns. They are charging me over $14,000 for a " Will" & restraining order " I" filled and had served. Judge in the case decided ...it was just a family dispute. So after Law firm kept their $4,200,00 attorney fee for a WILL & a" already filed" simple restraining order, he is coming after said property, I had him draw up a "WILL" for his own interest.
