Client, manager of a banquet hall, charged with Murder in the Second Degree; after gang members entered the hall and beat a patron. Client fires handgun to clear the room. Moments later young man is ... shot and killed outside. Client is charged with the murder. During the trial, our firm proved that the client was innocent and that he could not have killed the deceased. This was accomplished by the use of a combination of witness testimony and various scientific evidence, including DNA, ballistic, gunshot residue tests. Our firearms expert examined ballistic evidence and convinced the jury that the client could not have fired the killing shot.
