This attorney was not capable of constructing a private Special Needs Trust. She contacted county counsel to. Defend herself, proposing that a JUDGE PRESUME ME A WARD OF THE STATE!!!! Judge Cahraman. Ordered his Court Investigator to evaluate ME to find ANY EVIDENCE and the RESULTS WERE NEGATIVE. I ...am in full possession of a sound MIND. Yet, she billed my trust for over $9,000.00, swearing she had provided FOR MY CARE AND TREATMENT, which she DID NOT, AND COULD NOT HAVE,provided. At no time did I receive CARE OR TREATMENT FROM ANYONE. I was not under the CARE OF ANY PSYCHIATRIST WHATSOEVER, and my SNT DID NOT REQUIRE SUPERVISION BY A DEPENDENCY COURT.

We hired this attorney 2 1/2 YEARS ago for a simple probate case that she said would take 6 months. It is next to IMPOSSIBLE to contact her. She’s been out of the country multiple times with no means of communication and when she’s in the states we wait weeks or months (literally, no exaggeration!) ...to get a response. Even our realtor and Escrow officer have both become increasingly frustrated. She’s made multiple mistakes that the court required her to correct which makes us wonder... She recently gave us incorrect information pertaining to CA Probate law. We’ve finally resorted to seeking advice from another atty who was shocked and appalled when we told our story. Not to be unkind, but BIGGEST mistake we ever made!
