My practice includes Special education advocacy for parents of children who have special needs, including IEP meetings, school discipline, suspensions and expulsion; mediation and due process cases. I can also consult with parents who have a child with special needs and who prefer to represent themselves or just have questions. School discipline, suspension and expulsion for students, regardless of disability.

Intake attorney (hotline) at Legal Aid Society. Preliminary advice in the areas of family law, unlawful detainer, bankruptcy, garnishments, foreclosure, government benefits, and other non fee generating areas.

Juvenile defense in delinquency court. Generally my clients will have an IEP or special need that has been overlooked in the school setting. They may also have an undiagnosed disability, learning disability or mental health issue.

Strictly limited conservatorships for young adults with a developmental disability.
