Kim Lynn Hoang

I hired Ms. Hoang for my custody case. When I first met Ms. Hoang, she was great during the consultation. I immediately knew she was the right attorney for my case. I hired her right away to work on my case. She was very details oriented. She laid everything out for me and so I know exactly what... is going on. There were no hidden issues that came up during my case. At the end, I got what I wanted. I am 110% happy with the service that Ms. Hoang provided. I highly recommend her to everyone and will refer her to my friends and families.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Kim. She is extremely knowledgeable and always explained everything she could regarding our case thoroughly. Our case started in California, but had to move to another state just to see who has the jurisdiction to trial it. Kim secured us an excellent law...yer in the other state and continued to work on our case with the lawyer, researching other state's laws and sharing information, even though she didn't have to. Long story short..our case is now California's jurisdiction:).

When I met with Kim, she was to the point and didn't have any hidden agenda. I immediately hired her right away. It took over a year for my divorce to settle.... The case would have lasted longer. Kim was very assertive and dedicated to the case. I think because of her wealth of knowledge and dedication she settled my case faster. She is not the type that would drag the case out to make an extra buck. This is why I really appreciate her. She is the type of lawyer who genuinely want to help make everything easy for both parties so that the case doesn't drag out. Definitely would recommend her to anyone!!!

We had a very disappointing experience with this firm during a family law matter. What should have been a more straightforward process became unnecessarily drawn out, which resulted in significantly higher legal fees. It often felt like routine or administrative work was being billed at attorney rat...es rather than handled more efficiently, which quickly drove costs up. Communication was inconsistent, and instead of moving the case forward, there were delays that only seemed to increase the time billed. By the end, the total fees were far beyond what we expected for the scope of the matter. We understand legal services are expensive, but clients deserve transparency, efficiency, and billing that reflects the actual level of work being done. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to closely monitor billing and ask detailed questions about who is performing work and at what rate.
