Biography
My firm, which is based in Orange County, has served in the State of California since 1979, handling: family law, which includes divorce, custody, visitation & support; personal injury, such as auto accidents and slip & fall matters; civil litigation; and criminal law, including DUI cases.
I am the Chairman of the Family Law Resolutions Committee to the State Bar on behalf of Orange County, and have been appointed by the Orange County Superior Court to serve as an Arbitrator of Personal Injury cases, and to sit as a Judge Pro Tem. I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Bar Association, a past board member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Past-President of the Orange County Barristers, and belong to the Orange Rotary Club.
I represent clients in every level of the California State court system.

I also do not recommend
Never called back, made me feel like I was hunting him down. I had to keep informed by contacting him. Does not get on things right away. I have hired lawyers that I needed for other life issues and they were on it right away. This is not he way you do business.

Replied last October 02, 2009I have no idea who this person is. Clearly if they have worked with 3-5 lawyers, they aren't satisfied by anybody. I give my clients more personal attention than any other lawyer that I know, including e-mails after hours and on weekends if warranted. Every one of my clients is treated with the personal attention that they deserve. This person is obviously trying to smear my excellent reputation.

Miracle Worker
I had an extremely difficult case in which everyone told me that I didn't have a chance. Mr. Besser won that case in a hard fought court battle. Also, his fees were extremely reasonable, and it was very easy to stay in contact with him. I would recommend him to anyone.
