Trustworthy, professional, compassionate and amazing!

I went thru an extremely difficult, lengthy and nasty divorce but I will always feel grateful to have retained Arelis as my attorney. I deeply respect her professionalism and I trust her expertise tremendously. I strongly recommend Arelis for any issues involving family law. She is rare beyond rare i...n her aptitude and empathy. A special and remarkable attribute in this profession. Arelis is personable and has integrity. She is honest and straight-forward. She tells you exactly what to expect and won't promise anything unreasonable. Arelis is very genuine, cares about your case, and fights for your rights and the best interest of the family. Every time we had a court appearance, she was always well-prepared, efficient and articulate. Arelis is very knowledgeable and has a passion for what she does. But one thing that sets her apart is the human factor, at the end we are people with emotions and financial difficulties. By being ethical and compassionate she understands the emotional turmoil you may be going through. If you are in the tough situation of having to get divorced, Arelis will be a great advocate. She is just an amazing all around person!

Outstanding

Arelis Hughes is an outstanding attorney. She is very professional, well informed, confident, and personable. Arelis was always prepared for meetings, phone calls, and court appearances. She knew I was very busy and that my divorce had the potential to be very expensive so she made the most effec...tive use of every minute we worked together. Arelis made sure that I knew what I needed for court (paperwork, emails, etc) and she made sure I was mentally and emotionally prepared for court. She offered great advice in an intelligent and non-condescending manner. She made sure that I understood what was being told to me by the court and that I thoroughly understood the terms of the court order. In addition to these great qualities, she was very compassionate, considerate, and respectful. Arelis turned a sad and frustrating situation into an empowering event that enabled me to confidently move forward with my life.
