With a 1st mortgage over 1.1M, you may get a 109e objection for being over the Ch 13 debt limit. The 2nd mortgage will be seen as unsecured debt...

1) List it on J (as monthly expense).
2) List on B (as Disclosure Only) and say that car is registered to aunt. Then, under % owned by you, put 0%...
